PittBull Running off-leash

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a pitbull with his owner who walks his pitbull or sometimes more then one off leash down R street Alley NE. Keep a look out and call the police, I have done so a few mins ago.

is the pit bull a puppy? i'm on V st NE, and we've seen this dog a few times.
